SHIPPING

Hair at Red Studio offers free delivery on all Australia orders over the value of $120. Delivery is via Australia Post Tracked. Delivery should normally take 2-3 working days (not including Saturday & Sunday) depending on the time you place your order. You will be given an estimated delivery date at the basket page.

Dispatch:
Orders are usually dispatched the same day (as soon as payment is confirmed) when placed before 2:00pm Mon-Fri. It should normally take 2-3 working days for delivery.

Australia Post Tracked:
All orders placed are dispatched on the following morning.

Express Delivery:
Express delivery is available for an additional $9.95. We dispatch our express orders via Australia Post Tracked

Disclaimer:
Hair at Red Studio accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery. Delivery will be to the address advised in your order. We will only deliver to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available at the postal address provided at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise you that you will need to go to Australia Post to collect your parcel. Recipients can opt out of Delivery to neighbour and can also nominate a specific neighbour if they wish. To do this you must include the neighbours address in the checkout
We do not allow collections at our store at 98 Fairy Street, Warrnambool, Victoria 3280. Collections/Pickups are free of delivery charges.

Returns Policy:
If you would like to return your order, please contact us (via our contact form) prior to sending your parcel back. Hair at Red Studio accepts returns on all orders, as long as you notify us within 14 days of receipt that you\\\\'re wanting to return your order. You then have a further 7 days to physically return the products. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered an incorrect item, or the item is faulty. All orders are examined thoroughly before being dispatched.

Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can\\\\'t be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit. Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and re-saleable. (This does not affect your statutory rights) If items are received back damaged, or missing items we are entitled to make a charge to cover the cost of this, and thus this may affect the amount credited to you. We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving the item back. If we deliver an item in error or a damaged item, we will cover the cost of returning this to us if required. Please note that we will only cover the cost of standard shipping for this. If you do receive a damaged item, please do not dispose of this without prior written confirmation from us as we may require it returned (at our expense). In the interests of hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund any grooming, cosmetic or electrical products once the security or hygiene tag/seal has been removed, or if they show signs of use unless the items are faulty.

APOTECARI PRODUCTS

Apotecari products will not be refunded where the product seal has been breached and or removed. The only exception will be where a product is returned as it is realised to be out of date.
